Thank you for shopping with The Urban Scent! Each order is carefully prepared and packaged before making its way to you.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During holidays, sales, or other high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Shipping
The Urban Scent currently ships within the United States. Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Delivery times shown by the shipping carrier are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Carrier delays may occasionally occur and are outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your package has been accepted.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs if an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the package and damaged item so we can review the issue.
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier. You can also contact us if you need assistance reviewing the shipment information.
